Optimize your Supply Chain

The increasingly complex value-added chain must undergo extensive business management tasks. It is no longer enough to record only the actual figures – nowadays the future-oriented variables and financial key figures must also be mapped. This is why more and more companies are opting for a cross-company surveillance of their supply chain.

Procurement Monitoring

Procurement monitoring enables traceability from order status according to: Article, article category, supplier, etc.

ABC evaluations provide a transparent view of purchasing. These can be created for vendors and articles. The evaluations contain information on: time and creditor-related purchasing volumes, quantity, date, purchasing price developments over time, and complaints.

The results of this analysis allow a detailed supplier evaluation according to: Delivery, price, quality or service. For example, a strategy for the spread of risk in purchasing can be implemented.

Quality Monitoring

The quality control application supports the evaluation of test orders for products down to the batch level and in the course of time.

Error analyses are possible overall or related to specific test characteristics. An example of an error analysis is the number of test jobs within and outside specific tolerance and intervention limits. Filtering can be performed according to test orders, objects, and characteristics. Programmed control charts allow checks on tolerance, intervention limits, ideal, and actual values.

Production Monitoring

This application makes it possible to evaluate production times such as: Target-to-actual comparisons of, for example, set-up, processing, and down times.

On the other hand, the application allows the evaluation of resource dependencies, including graphical representation of the committees or capacity utilization.

Filtering is possible for individual production orders, workplace groups, workstations, or articles.

In addition, production costs can be determined using target-to-actual comparisons. This can be used to analyze overlays/underlays for individual article components and batches, including a temporal course of costs.

Warehouse Monitoring

In the warehouse monitoring application, temporary evaluations are available at average stock levels and durations, which are essential in particular for the food industry (for example, durability data with lot reference).

ABC and XYZ analyses of the stocks with freely definable limit values enable a tabular and graphical classification of the products. Information on turnover rates, in-time deliveries, and critical items are available – e.g. related to safety stocks, as well as storage and zone movements for the control of storage strategies.

Sales Monitoring

The sales monitoring application allows for evaluations of the distribution of sales by: Articles, product groups, customers, sales staff, etc.

Time-based ABC evaluations to customers with freely definable limits allow a transparent view of the sales. In addition, tabular and graphical analyzes are available

  • Order status (order number, number of open orders, average value per order, incoming orders)
  • Time and value-based order deviations
  • Blanket order with retrieval function
  • Price developments over time according to article category, article group, article
  • Regional sales distributions

Comparative article analyses according to article category or region, sales analyses of sales staff as well as what-if analyses for volume, price, and cost changes complete the application.

Financial Monitoring

As a standard, the financial monitoring application features evaluations of receivables, the payment behavior of the debtors, liabilities, as well as the own payment behavior towards creditors. Based on this data, there is a forecast for the development of liquidity. Moreover, analyses on currency rates and time-related exchange rate movements are possible, with current currency rates being available either from the ERP system or via web service from the ECB.
