Processes under control: ERP ensures security at SERO

A pioneer in medical biochemistry: The Norwegian company SERO has been specifying blood and producing independent control sera for over 50 years. With these reference materials, clinics can reliably analyze substances and patients can receive even more targeted care.

As a pharmaceutical company, SERO is subject to strict regulations and places particularly high demands on its ERP system. The right software was found in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Yaveon’s ERP solution for the pharmaceutical industry. Through Yaveon’s Norwegian sales partner Pilaro, the specialist for control sera implemented the new system within just over a year.

The Yaveon industry-specific ERP solution extends Microsoft Dynamics NAV with industry-relevant functions. The new ERP system, combined with the industry solution, makes it easier for SERO to keep track of its operations:
