Proven ERP industry solution meets leading scanning solution: Yaveon enters a new partnership with Tasklet. Discover the benefits in our article!
Summary:The Yaveon partner team traveled to San Diego for the Directions North America conference, which drew a large audience with keynotes and sessions on ERP strategies. As a Diamond Sponsor, the team took the stage with an opening keynote on day one. The event provided valuable networking opportunities and highlighted the impact of the industry-specific ERP solution Yaveon 365.
San Diego, here we go!
After nearly 20 hours of travel, the Yaveon partner team arrived safe and sound in San Diego on the evening of April 13. By the next morning, any trace of fatigue was gone – the excitement for Directions North America was simply too great. Michael, Jonas, Hannes, Daniel, and Patrick kicked off the day with booth setup and a keynote rehearsal.
“We had a lot to get done in a short time, but by noon – when the doors opened for 1,300 guests – everything was ready,” recalls Michael Ebinger, Head of Partner Management.
The first day brought a major highlight: “As Diamond Sponsor, we had the great honor of opening the event with our keynote presentation.”
From 2 p.m. onward, countless sessions on a wide range of topics began – and attendees quickly crowded the Yaveon booth. For the team, that meant: plenty to do, just the way it should be!
The energy of the first day carried seamlessly into the afternoon with the ISV session “Punch above Business Central weight class with Yaveon.” Here, Michael explained how Business Central, combined with Yaveon, can be a true competitor to Dynamics 365 F&O.
“We had a packed booth until 7 p.m. After that, the expo started – where we had a second booth. With so many conversations going on, we hardly found time to grab a bite to eat,” summarizes Jonas van Schwartzenberg, Partner Management team member.
Day 2 kicked off at 9 a.m. sharp – and picked up right where Sunday had left off: the Yaveon booth was once again buzzing with exciting conversations and lively exchange.
In the afternoon, Hannes Storz, Team Lead PreSales, presented a functional demo of Yaveon Quality Assurance. “The presentation was very well received by participants and drew even more partners to our booth,” Hannes reports.
“We’re absolutely thrilled – by the third day, we had spoken with nearly all major partners and scheduled plenty of follow-up meetings. It’s fantastic to see how well our solution is being received,” summarizes Daniel Wessel, responsible for Yaveon product development.
And what’s part of every successful event? A proper celebration, of course. On the evening of day three, the traditional partner party took place – and the atmosphere was buzzing. With some slightly tired eyes, the team kicked off the final day with more engaging sessions until the event wrapped up in the early afternoon.
Michael, what’s your takeaway?
Michael: “We’re overwhelmed – the event couldn’t have gone better for us. Not only did we strengthen the Yaveon brand and connect with all our partners, but we also created new awareness within the North American partner community. Process manufacturing in Business Central isn’t just an option – it’s an opportunity that truly pays off.”
