"Our previous EDI solution is no longer supported and was unfortunately often prone to errors and poorly integrated with our ERP system," says Andreas Pahl, Commercial Director at UBC, describing the initial situation. The Yaveon solution, on the other hand, merges completely with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and controls all processes for electronic data exchange and document creation within NAV. "We were surprised that the Yaveon solution can unfold its full power, even though our Dynamics NAV system has not yet been optimized," says Pahl. "This is testament to the high level of product maturity."
Order processing with automotive customers now runs completely automatically in the background and the workflows guide employees to the relevant decision points. The Yaveon solution provides all the data and documents required in the automotive industry, including the transmission of production-synchronized call-offs. The organization is not burdened with administrative tasks, but can concentrate fully on fulfilling customer requirements.
