Yes, for urgent cases you can call our emergency number on +(49) 931 46555-110.

Please note that using the emergency number incurs a one-off charge of €100 per case. All customers with an active support contract are exempt from this - for them, use of the emergency number is of course free of charge.

As a customer, will I be informed about changes?

Absolutely. We will keep you regularly informed via our newsletter. In the event of urgent and particularly relevant changes, we will also contact you personally to ensure that you do not miss any important information.
